VARIETY: Coupage.
BARREL: 14 months in French oak barrels.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5% Vol.
TASTING: Wine made from vines over 20 years old and grapes harvested at their optimum ripeness. Cherry red in color, it is a wine with intense aromas where black and red fruits are mixed with toasted wood. On the palate it is meaty, tasty, with volume and  good persistence.
PAIRING: Perfect combination with red meats and hearty winter dishes.
