TASTING: Wine made from hundred-year-old vines and grapes harvested at their optimum ripeness. Brick orange in color, it is a wine with intense aromas where cocoa and balsamic notes are mixed. In the mouth it has a long and pleasant aftertaste. Powerful wine with a lot of wood and corpulence.
PAIRING: Combine it with roasts, red meats and cured cheeses.
