TASTING TASTE: Bright ruby red colour, with a medium-high layer. On the nose, the aromas of red fruits and scrubland stand out, marking its Mediterranean character. The wine is enveloping on the palate, with a good attack and soft, but persistent tannins.
PAIRING: Combine it with cured cheeses, rice or light meats.
